Size of room: even though it was right on Damrac the room had a great view and it was very large.
Quiet: I was concerned that my room was right next the elevator but I could barely hear it. I was also concerned about the street noise but once I closed the windows it was surprisingly quiet.
Comfortable beds:like sleeping on clouds...
Soap/shampoo dispensers:squeeze bottles located next to sink and in shower were very eco friendly!!
Restaurant:excellent breakfast, wonderful traditional dutch dinner
Staff:Very helpful when checking out I mentioned issues I had with wireless network and that I had to use the wired connections they waived the 20 EU daily fee.
wireless networking: didn't work so I luckily had a network cable so I could get my work done!

A cosy room (room 217) but with all the facilities we needed. Especially liked being able to make tea and coffee in our room. Very quiet room. Very central; tram stop outside hotel & only 10 minute walk from Central Train Station. Hotel restaurant very pleasant for a relaxing breakfast with a good choice including bacon and scrambled eggs. Staff helpful and friendly.
It's the first hotel I have ever been in where shampoo and conditioner were not supplied, although I liked the policy of having the soap in a dispenser - perhaps you could have dispensers for shampoo and conditioner too?
